How to Use Tao Chang to Bless All Aspects of Life
Apply six techniques in the Tao Chang to bless all aspects life.
1. Body Power
“Body Power” is using hand and body positions. There are two basic Body Power positions in the Tao Chang. The first is the standing position. The second is the sitting position.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Place both hands in front of your abdomen and at the level of your navel. Your palms are facing each other as if you are holding a basketball. Rotate the Tao Calligraphy counterclockwise and trace the words within the circle. The instructor in the Tao Chang will guide participants specifically.
Sit in a chair with your back straight. Place both feet on the floor. Your palms are facing each other as if you are holding a basketball. Rotate the Tao Calligraphy counterclockwise and trace the words within the circle. The Instructor in the Tao Chang will guide participants specifically.
Practice in the standing position for fifteen minutes and then practice in the sitting position for fifteen minutes. There is no time limit. The more time you can practice, the more benefits you could receive. Generally speaking for chronic and life-threatening conditions trace one hour in the standing position and one hour in the sitting position. Alternate the standing and sitting positions every fifteen minutes. Your total practice time should be at least two hours per session.
2. Soul Power
“Soul Power” is to say hello to souls. Say hello to inner souls and to outer souls.
Say hello to inner souls:
Dear soul mind body of the Tao Calligraphy (name the specific Tao Calligraphy),
I love you, honor you, and appreciate you.
Please bless my (name the area of your request such as a system, an organ, a part of the body, a health condition, a relationship, your finances, your business and more).
Dear my inner souls, you can bless and transform yourselves.
I am very grateful.
Say hello to outer souls:
This is the most important technique to self-clear negative Shen Qi Jing.
Dear Tao Source.
My name is (give your name).
I deeply apologize for all of the mistakes my ancestors and I have made in this lifetime and all past lifetimes.
I ask for your forgiveness.
I know in my heart and soul that only to ask for forgiveness is not enough.
I have to serve.
To serve is to make others happier and healthier.
I will serve unconditionally.
Thank you, Tao Source, for your forgiveness.
3. Sound Power
“Sound Power” is chanting sacred or healing mantras. A mantra is a repetitive sound that carries healing and transformational frequency and vibration.
When you trace a Tao Calligraphy (in the standing or sitting position), chant a mantra or listen to a CD of Master Sha chanting a mantra.
4. Mind Power
“Mind Power” is using the power of consciousness, including superficial consciousness, deep consciousness, subconsciousness, superconsciousnes, and more.
The key to Mind Power is to visualize light. Visualize golden light. This is the sacred way, as explained by the ancient teaching in the 5000 year old Yellow Emperor Classic:
“Golden light shines all sickness disappears”.
5. Breathing Power
“Breathing Power” Is using the breath to heal. There are countless ways to breathe.
We emphasize one way.
Inhale deeply through the nose. Exhale vigorously through the mouth. When you exhale, make a circle with your hands and lower abdomen make through the Tao Calligraphy circle.
6. Tracing Power
“Tracing Power” is to trace and follow the path of the Tao Calligraphy.
Trace the Tao Calligraphy circle three times. Then trace the Tao Calligraphy words inside the circle three times. Chant the mantra at the same time you are tracing.
Always trace the Tao Calligraphy circle three times. Then, trace the Tao Calligraphy words inside of the circle three times. Alternate for the amount of time described in the Body Power section. Trace fifteen minutes in the standing position and fifteen minutes in the sitting position. Alternate until you conclude your practice.
To apply one power technique is powerful. To apply all of the power techniques is extremely powerful. Thousands of people have shared testimonials of their powerful experiences worldwide through Tao Calligraphy.
