Soul Purpose Yoga is a new look, feel and direction for the practice of yoga as it is known today. Applying Master Sha’s Four Power Techniques, the practice is designed to fully nurture the alignment of soul, heart, mind and body as One. Otherwise known as Shen Qi Jing He Yi.
To practice in this way is to surrender to the soul, allowing the soul to be empowered to lead the heart, mind and body into loving actions, kind words and compassionate thoughts. This is food for the soul!

Soul Purpose Yoga using soul power is an active meditation of asana (hatha and yin), pranayama (breath), guided meditation and soul light blessings.
No experience necessary, everyone welcome.
Yoga mats are provided and it is also recommended to bring your own mat if you have one.

Madeline is a certified Soul Teacher and Communicator with Master Sha’s Tao Academy. As a certified yoga teacher, she has spent many years guiding practitioners on the importance of soul, heart, mind and body connection and alignment within the physical practice of yoga.
She teaches yoga as a Oneness practice – engaging with the bigger universe, the smaller universe, the letting go of the ego and the surrender in order to follow nature’s way.
