Tuesday, 5:30-6:30pm, Beginners – Designed for those who are new to Soul Mind Body Centre and new to meditation. We offer simple guidance at the beginning to ease you into meditation, and a short Q&A session at the end of a 20-minute meditation.
Thursday, 8-9pm, Advanced – Ideal for those who meditate regularly and want to experience meditation in the Tao Calligraphy field. Limited guidance is provided.
