Welcome to DrSha.com. This site is provided by the Universal Soul Service Corp (referred to throughout this site as "DrSha.com") as a service to our customers.
DrSha.com offers its products and services to you subject to the following policy on this page. If you visit or shop at DrSha.com, you accept and are bound by this Shipping and Returns Policy. Please read this policy carefully.

- Approval Required – If you apply to receive a blessing, you will hear back about your application status within 2-4 days. If you apply to attend an event, class or training program, you will hear back about your application status within 7 days.
- Delivery by teleconference on Sunday –. Only services offered from our online store and global Tao Chang services are delivered on the following Sunday on STB. Only global event services and webstore services (ie/ monthly blessing) are announced on Sunday STB calls, all other services are delivered silently. Special services from events and/or retreats are delivered on the Sunday following the registration closure indicated on the special services page. This is usually two weeks, but may vary per event. Participants of Master Sha retreats will be notified via email when special services are delivered. Master Sha special services are usually pending after retreats.
- Immediate Delivery – If you place an order for a service with immediate delivery, the service will be delivered immediately upon completion of purchase. Some services are totally virtual while others may be augmented by a multi-media experience involving video, files, images, audio recordings or other digital or electronic formats for a multi-media experience, audibly, visually or other. Such services will be provided for registered users’ viewing, listening or receiving through the telephone, internet, video, digital or other similar media broadcast service.
All services purchased through the site drsha.com and our locations are nonrefundable.
If you selected the wrong service by mistake, please email us within 24 hours of the purchase to have the correct service added to your account at no charge.
Shipping of Products
DrSha.com can ship to many different locations around the world. If your country does not appear in the destination at the time of the check out, please send us an email and write “Shipping Question” in the subject line. We will be happy to answer any shipping questions you might have. Depending on the product, multiple shipping option could be available. Some products cannot be shipped internationally but may be available at our locations around the world. In such case, please contact your nearest center for availability.
When you place a product order, it will be fulfilled and ship out within 1 – 4 business days. Your delivery time depend on the destination and the shipping method selected.
General Returns Policy
You may return only new, unopened products sold and fulfilled online by DrSha.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Products should be returned in their original packaging unused and unmarked. The shipping fees for returning a product will not be refunded. If the package is damaged, please contact your local post office.
Please read the remainder of this page for more information on returns for our various product lines (e.g., books, CDs, DVDs, etc.) and other return policy rules.
DrSha.com does not accept returns for the following products:
- Any product not returned in the condition it was received.
- Any digital products downloaded from the web site.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Gift certificates.
- Services and Blessings.
If you received a defective product (for example the CD is not readable) and need to exchange it for the same product, please email to request a replacement. Please write “Exchange” in the subject line to help us respond more quickly. Our customer service team will respond shortly after receiving your email. We will replace the item if it is in still available or offer you a refund. Please understand that it takes us 3 – 7 business days to process exchanges and ship out a replacement product once it has arrived at one of our warehouses.
Packing and Sending Us Your Return
When you are returning a product, please include the following :
- A copy of the order and shipping note included in the original packing.
- A print of the return note filled online.
Our customer service team will confirm when the product has been received and the refund or exchange has been processed.
Products sold at events and at the centers
Products sold onsite at during our events or our point of sales are non-refundable.
Processing of Refunds
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product(s). In most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 – 7 business days of our receiving and approving your return. \\\\If the refund does not appear in your account within four weeks from the day that you sent us your return, please email us at for further assistance. Please write “Processing of Refunds” in the subject line to help us respond more quickly. Our customer service team will respond shortly after receiving your email.
Calculations of Refunds
Products that meet our returns policy will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the product only. Shipping fees, duties and import taxes are non refundable.
General Refunds Policy
You may cancel your registration for an event (e.g., Workshops, Retreats, etc.) that you purchased from us and is produced by us up to 30 days prior to the start of the event. A cancellation fee of $100 will be applied to the refunded amount. Under 30 days prior to the start of the event no refund will be processed.
You must email our customer service team requesting a cancellation at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Changes of attendance
Changes from onsite to online (webcast) attendance or from Online to Onsite attendance will be accepted up to 30 days before the start of the event. An administrative fee of $100 and the change of registration fee (if higher) will be applied.
Under 30 days, no change from Onsite to Webcast will be accepted. A change from Webcast to Onsite could be accepted within the remaining capacity of the room. An administrative fee of $100 and the change in registration fee (if higher) will be applied.
If the organizer of the event was in the impossibility to hold the event or offer an alternative way to hold the event a full refund of the event fees paid will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation. The travel, accommodation and any other personal costs incurred by the participants are non-refundable.
Education classes and Video on Demand
General Refunds Policy
Education classes delivered by Tao Academy with a certification follow the Refund policy of the education programs, communicated with the enrollment to the course.
Video on demand and online programs are non refundable.
Shipping and Return Policies and Changes
If you choose to visit or shop at DrSha.com, your visit and any dispute over shipping, returns and refunds are subject to this policy and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any claim relating to these policies shall be exclusively prosecuted in the Province of Ontario, Canada. If you have any concern about your purchases at DrSha.com, please contact us with a detailed description, and we will try to resolve it.
We reserve the right to make changes to our shipping, returns and refund policies, Conditions of Use and other policies at any time. You should check our site frequently to see any recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current shipping, returns and refund policies apply to all of your purchases.
