Customer Service Representative

Universal Soul Service Corp., located in Richmond Hill is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide information for products and services and to resolve any issue in a timely manner with accuracy, efficiently and a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities will be but not limited to answering inquiries telephonically and via email, order entry, maintaining customer interactions/documentations in a CRM database.

Skills required:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Proven 2 – 4 years customer service support experience in either a call center or help desk environment
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Time Management
  • Bilingual is an asset
